چکیده

Myocardial infarction is a serious representation of cardiovescular disease, MicroRNAs play role in modifying I/R injury and myocardial infarct remodeling. The present study therefore examined the potential miR-187 cardiac its underlying mechanisms. was inhibited or overexpressed cardiomyocytes H/R models by pretreatment with mimic inhibitor to confirm function H/R. DYRK2 inhibitor. A myocardium mouse model established. Circulating levels detected quantitative realtime PCR protein expression western blotting. cell viability all groups determined MTT assay apoptosis ratio flow cytometry after staining Annexin V-FITC. effect on cellular ROS generation DCFH-DA. level lipid peroxidation SOD were MDA assay. findings indicated that may be possible regulator protective H/R-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis, oxidative stress leaded suppression at posttranscriptional level. Moreover, improvement contributed obstruction expression. In addition, these results identified as functional downstream target regulated stress. These work provided first insight into successfully protect both vivo vitro, such mediated through regulation

MiR-24 alleviates cardiomyocyte apoptosis after myocardial infarction via targeting BIM.

OBJECTIVE Ischemia hypoxia induces cardiomyocyte (CM) apoptosis in the process of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). It was showed that pro-apoptosis factor BIM participates in regulating tumor cell apoptosis under ischemia or hypoxia condition, while its role in CM apoptosis after AMI is still unclear. It was revealed that miR-24 expression was significantly reduced in myocardial tissue after ...

CUEDC2 modulates cardiomyocyte oxidative capacity by regulating GPX1 stability

The irreversible loss of cardiomyocytes due to oxidative stress is the main cause of heart dysfunction following ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury and ageing-induced cardiomyopathy. Here, we report that CUEDC2, a CUE domain-containing protein, plays a critical role in oxidative stress-induced cardiac injury. Cuedc2(-/-) cardiomyocytes exhibited a greater resistance to oxidative stress-induced c...

Cardiomyocyte apoptosis and ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction in rats.

We investigated the role of cardiomyocyte apoptosis in the remodeling of the left ventricle from 24 h to 12 wk after myocardial infarction in the rat. Infarct size planimetry, quantification of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, terminal deoxynucleotide transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) methodology, and echocardiography (left ventricular diastolic diameter and ejection fraction) were pe...
